For the last couple of years, a number of brothers of Tau Kappa Epsilon have ventured to Rhinelander, Wisconsin to volunteer at the United Federation for Disabled Archers or UFFDA. During this hunt, TKE helps out with the UFFDA staff to provide assitance to hunters who have physical or mental disabilities that would otherwise make their beloved hobby of hunting very difficult. This year's UFFDA hunt will again take place in Rhinelander, Wisconsin. The date for this year's hunt is October 22nd thru October 25th. Each semester, the members of Tau Kappa Epsilon celebrate the initiation of new members and the end of the candidate education program. This fall, the celebration banquet will be held at the Copa Cobana in the Wisconsin Dells on November 7th, 2009. Brought to TKE by Frater Matt Kurtz who has helped out with the hunt for years before TKE's involvement, the UFFDA hunt is a great way for us to help archers with disabilities do what they absolutely love to do; hunt. This year's UFFDA hunt will take place in Rhinelander, Wisconsin from Thursday, October 22nd thru Sunday the 25th. TKE Fall Rush 2009 Come join the members or Tau Kappa Epsilon at any of the following events. Thursday Sept 3 – Football in the Circle: 4:00 p.m.
Tuesday Sept 8 – Video Game Night at the house: 6:30 p.m.
Thursday Sept 10 – Dodgeball in the PAC: time will be sometime between 6 and 7:30 depending on the volleyball practice schedule. The posters will have the time listed as “to be announced” I will be letting everyone know what time it starts for sure by our September 3rd rush event
Friday Sept 11 – Cookout & yard games: 4:00 p.m.
Tuesday Sept 15 – Ultimate Frisbee in the Quad: 4:00 p.m.
Thursday Sept 17 – Casino Night in PSC: 5:00 p.m.
